We’ve worked with hundreds of businesses over the years.  One thing is common – time is limited.  That’s why we assign a project manager to each website build who will walk you through our proven process to build you a website you not only love, but one that will help you accomplish your goals (revenue!).

After you purchase a website from us, here’s how we’ll get it done.

STEP 1:  You’ll use our online scheduling system to set a time to do a 1 hour interview with one of our project managers.  We’ll use this time to get to know you and your business, determine the topics for each of the pages, and understand your goals for the new website.

STEP 2:  We’ll follow up by email to confirm the page topics.  We’ll set up a shared Dropbox folder with a folder for each page so we can start collecting pictures or other assets that might be necessary.  You’ll also start reviewing designs from our design library (if you don’t already have something in mind).

STEP 3:  While you are working on gathering pictures, logos and anything else we might need, we start researching, and writing content.  We include SEO so you can be sure that each page on your website will be optimized to show up in search engines.  Our project managers will keep you up to date on the progress of your new website.

STEP 4:  Once we have everything built (including all the content) we’ll share a private preview with you.  We expect you’ll have some tweaks and when you are ready, our project managers will work with you to launch the site!

STEP 5: We do a post launch check and make sure that everything looks good and works well!  We’ll introduce you to our webmaster support system and refer you to an online marketing specialist if you choose to continue to market your site!
